Shipping Policy

We value each and every sale we make, and ensure that we provide every one with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. All our orders will be processed and dispatched in a timely matter and all orders received will be sent out on the next business day.


Sock Shoes

We use Australia Post and Sendle couriers to get our sock shoes out to customers as quickly as possible. 

Postage is a standard fee of $10 for orders under $100.

Any orders of $100 + will be free of postage.

Pacifier Clips

For any Pacifier Clip shipping, we currently offer free shipping for standard shipping with Australia Post. However if you wish to add on tracking there will be an extra charge of $4.00.


Sock Shoes

Sendle couriers will be used to get our sock shoes out to customers. It will be a turnaround time of 10 - 20 business days to reach out to our New Zealand customers.

Pacifier Clips

A flat fee of $4.60 will be charged for Pacifier Clips. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Twinkie Bubz, we do not offer a refund for change of mind purchase. However, we are happy to provide an exchange if you have changed your mind on items that are unworn, unwashed and in the original condition within 14 days of purchase with the original purchase receipt.

Refunds or exchange will be provided with proof of purchase on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable time frame. Refunds will be provided in the same form as your original receipt. Twinkie Bubz will only offer an exchange or refund if the goods are:

- Returned within a reasonable period of 30 days from the time of purchase.

- Provided with evidence of purchase (receipt)

- Upon assessment that the item is faulty
An exchange or refund will not occur if the item was caused by the wearing of or incorrect caring of the item.

Please note: If item was sent via mail. For refund or exchanges, buyer will be responsible for postage fees. Please make sure that returns are packaged securely in a box and are posted using a traceable method (such as Registered Post). Please note we take no responsibility for items lost in transit. Exchanges are only processed once goods have been received, inspected and confirmed as resellable.
